Fast, discreet and reliable shipping for all research peptide orders.

Free Shipment Protection: every order is protected against damage in transit. Damaged products are replaced at no cost with photo evidence.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before the daily cutoff shown on product pages ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

Every order ships via UPS Ground with full tracking. Transit is typically 2-5 business days anywhere in the United States. Shipping is a flat $5 per order, regardless of how many items you order.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no external indication of the contents, product names or company branding on the box or envelope.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Sensitive products are shipped with appropriate temperature-control measures to preserve integrity on arrival. Ice packs and insulated packaging are used as needed.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every shipment. Track your order with the link in your shipping confirmation email, from your account order history, or on the Track Your Order page using your order number and confirmation code.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cloud Aminos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you need to change an address.
